Our Story

Rock N’ Willow Ranch was born out of Wayne’s & Irmadene’s love for the land, old barns and horses. The barn itself is the main attraction, but once you get here, you’ll fall in love with rocking on the front porch, seeing horses out of your meeting window and spending time enjoying an atmosphere that represents a simpler time. The barn boasts 2 shared office spaces, 2 conference rooms and the upstairs Hay Loft with the North Pavilion Banquet Hall coming early summer 2024. The many outdoor spaces provide ample room to stretch your legs and enjoy the country air.

This old farm turned Rock N’ Willow Ranch has been in Irmadene’s family for nearly 60 years; she bought it from her parents in the late 1990’s. Wayne joined Irmadene in 2010 and has been the Ranch Foreman ever since! Irmadene is a Veteran of the US Army, a Nurse and a Leadership Trainer, and her love for personal growth comes from a deep commitment to help others be happy and healthy in mind and body. At the ranch we offer a number of workshops, training sessions and coaching for people in any industry!
